I wanted to let you know how much I appreciate your services. Cooper really likes you and is very comfortable with you. I appreciate that you tailor his walks to his needs (high energy level and opportunity to interact with equally silly and energetic dog!).
I can't thank you enough for how well you looked after Cooper while we were away in China. I knew he was getting his exercise and lots of attention which made the separation that much easier for us. I particularly appreciate how flexible you were with the timing of his walks and the fact that you came 7 days a week. I sing your praises to anyone who asks how Cooper is doing! We are VERY pleased with the service that you provide with Oliver. Having taken a new job with longer hours, it gives us piece of mind that Oliver won't be home alone all day on the days that Cindy is working. We also like the fact that Oliver also gets to socialize with other dogs while getting the exercise that he deserves.You are very professional in what you do and it is apparent that you love animals as Oliver loves you, by the way that I've seen him jump at the top of the door when you arrive.

Happy New Year to you and your family.....I can't say enough or thank you enough for your "dog sitting" service or walking or turning on the lights for me or off or whatever I want and need......Though I haven't been able to talk you into cooking supper for me yet, tee hee, just joking ....... Seriously, knowing that my "hairy" kid is being well looked after while I am at work has reduced my stress level immensely and it is such a treat to get home after a long day at work with lights left on for me and "the boy" and I'm not facing a frustrated animal because he has been left alone for the most part of the day..... I love the fact that he is getting out for a walk and being fed and I'm not having to rely on friends and family for helping me out anymore with this......I also love the fact that he is being exposed to other "hairy" friends and hopefully developing his social skills a bit......So for me, this service has been a God send for sure, and I thank both you and your wife for having this service out there and taking the "stress" out of my life when it comes to "my boy"....Thank you again and Trump and I look forward to this year with your help......A very grateful and happy patron.

"For the last 2 years Darcy – a chocolate lab (Alice, Cooper and Melon – 3 cats) were members of the Tails of the City family. They are my children and I wouldn't trust them with just anyone. Robin and Margot became part of our family. They are caring, reliable, responsive and thoughtful. Whether it was making sure Darcy had fun on her walks to helping out with insulin injections when Cooper was diagnosed as diabetic. Last minute requests were always welcomed ... It may have been an overnite stay or just an evening visit. I never worried that they were safe and I could see how much they loved my four legged friends. They always went above and beyond and made my life easy ... More importantly I never worried about anything."

Robin at Tails of the City – February 2009
I have used Robin’s services for a little over a year now, primarily when I travel out-of-province for business. My little buddy, Bishop, is an 11-year-old Miniature Pinscher who is very wary of strangers. When they first met, Robin’s sincere affection and interest for Bishop was obvious, and they were like old friends in a few minutes. Robin also made a very individualized plan for services, and I was able to travel stress-free knowing that Bishop and my house were in good hands. When I was returning from one of my trips, there was a possibility that I had lost my car and house keys, and Robin offered to pick me up from the airport, drive me home to get my spares, and drive me back to get my car. It turned out that I hadn’t lost them, but he stayed with Bishop on his own time until I arrived home safe and sound. I am very impressed with his service, and I would not hesitate in the least to recommend him to anybody!
